Even for non-vegetarians, the dinner at TIAN was very satisfying. The flavors and textures of the food made the meal enjoyable. The wine pairing is exceptional. The most elaborate and high-end way to eat vegetarian, deserving of the 1 Michelin star. Highly recommended for foodies and non-vegetarians alike. The word “exquisite” doesn’t even begin to do TIAN justice. The flavors were complex, the textures unexpected, and the service unparalleled. A delightful experience for vegans, vegetarians, and meat-eaters.
